“MJ loads just fine . I can hear my voice mail through the speaker on the computer and I can receive or make a call, but they have trouble hearing me I ear them just fine. Is it a setting. no dial tone on phone.”

• Check to see what type of phone you have. Make sure it is a direct 6 version or sound being sent may not work the best.
