“I just purchased the product. I can not get into the digital library to download the product. HELP”

• Don't download it from Best Buy digital library! Get the latest version from Malwarebytes. 1. Go to www.malwarebytes.com and click on the "Free Download" in the upper right corner. Use Chrome browser if possible. Don't click on the "Purchase Now" option. 2. Malwarebytes will download to where ever you have told Chrome to download to. The download is called "mb3-setup-consumer-3.8.3.2965-1.0.629-1.0.12995.exe" today (or something like that). Its a 63 Megabyte download. 3. Run the download, make sure you have Administrator priv. 4. You will have to agree to legal stuff, etc. Install Malwarebytes. 5. It will tell you you have a 30-day free trial. I can't remember exactly when but you will get a pop-up to either purchase a subscription or enter a license key. When you enter a valid key that you got when you purchased Malwarebytes (a card with the code if you bought the boxed version or a license key you get in an email from BB if you purchased the download version, the software will be then licensed. 6. Don't sign up for an automatic software subscription if they offer it. It is much cheaper to buy a new product key from BB each year or every two years.
