Is the head easy to remove and replace? null

No, the head does not remove. Its a single attached piece that moves in a wide range of freedom, but does not offer detachment options.

The head is can be easily removed, But I wouldn't put a higher quality head on this CHEAP body

Yes the good thing about this particular trip is the head part, because you click a button and it comes off, and it has a small cap that goes over it to protect it when you are not using it. Right now my camera is sitting on my desk and the button is in it, so when I want to use the tripod I will just press the button and the camera will be installed on the trip.. so yes it is a good feature and very easy to remove and replace.

Yes, it's actually very easy. I believe it's a 3/4 screw on attachment.

Yes, I have never had a problem with mine.
