Yes there are two screws on the back of the cell phone adapter that allow you to mount it on the “legs” for both horizontal and vertical positions.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Even if there is a screw leading to a "rather" horizontal position, this position, because the screw from the tripod end can't reach the horozontal position, the result is about 80 degrees and never 90. This makes it hard, but not impossible, to position the tripod for instagram videos and pictures for instance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Videos are supposed to be taken horizontally due to standard video/display aspect ratio favoring horizontal orientation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello, The clamp can attach to the PIXI via adaptors on the bottom and back of the clamp. Both orientations position the smartphone in a horizontal manner when standing on a table. From both attachment positions, you can achieve a semi-vertical position with the smartphone by adjusting the PIXIs ball head rotation via the button on the front of the unit. The ball head will limit you to only half vertical position when rotating around. To achieve a fully vertical position, you would need to collapse the legs and hold the PIXI in your hands. Thanks,
