I'm pretty sure the question was meant to read, is this receiver "compatible" with a Samsung Ultra 4K TV. I have an older version of this Marantz receiver connected to my Samsung 65 inch HDTV which has works just fine. I would not expect most receivers to have that kind of problem connecting to most HDTV. You will be fine. Been happy with mine and going from having an old big honking workhorse Denon receiver, I've been so much happier with it occupying a much smaller footprint.
