You would use the 6015's Bluetooth Transmit menu option to select if you want to the audio to playback to both a Bluetooth device and the 6015's amp channels. The Bluetooth Transmit feature allows output to one Bluetooth device. Yes, as long as the hearing aids' transmitter adheres to standard Bluetooth protocol.
