“I preordered Mario Golf and picked it up today 06/25/2021 - w/o Mario Golf: Super Rush Bag Tag as the bonus. The BB Manager said I had the add it to my cart when ordering. Not sure that is correct as you can get it now if buying. What a jip!!!”

I dont think you got jipped off .when i looked it up online ,it said that the mario luggage tags will be added to your sale .i received mine when i picked the game up . i never questioned the associate . if the game came with the luggage tags i thin thats a n added bounus .

Usually when a preorder bonus is added to a game afterwards (like the Resident Evil 3 Steelbook), I get an email notifying me that the item was added to my order. This didn't happen with the bag tag.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I pre-ordered mine and it comes in the mail today but the tag comes a few days later but I know when you go and pick it up at Best Buy you ask them for it most of the time it’s sitting at the counter when you go to check out
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I pre-ordered and had it shipped to my house. I received the game and the bag tag on the 25th. They were shipped in 2 separate bags but I received both at the same time. The bag tag was automatically added to my order when I pre-ordered online. The game said it contained 1 bonus item so you should have gotten that too.
