“Is this just for adding to ones online play? Or can i spend the $25 to add this to my offline courses and play with the family? We don't have the online subscription, etc. And i don't want one. So I'm asking will it work with just my base game? Thanks”

This is adding the courses for both offline and online, all CC.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is a course add on to the original game to play new courses added. You must own the original game. Once this is purchased through the original game the new tracks are automatically opened. Note that some will not be released until 2023
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to have a nintendo account to add the DLC content to your account. You don't have to have an online membership to play the DLC. Anyone can play the content once its added to someone's nintendo account that plays on the console.
