• You need to buy the Rabbids+Mario game AND EITHER any other Switch game OR a Rabbid+Mario Figure in order to get the hat

• you have to purchase the mario+rabbids game with a switch game or figure to get the hat. but since the offer is not showing up online I think it might be in stores only
