Will this work on a 1080p TV? null

As far as upscaling a device to a 1080p tv than yes. But as far as upscaling the resolution of the tv itself than no it will not work.

I think there are more specifics to address with this product deployment because they make it sound like you can plug it into anything and it will make it look better which is definitely not the case. For me, with a 1080p display and an N64 with hdmi adapter it did absolutely zero.

Yes will work on almost anything with a HDMI I use it on a small 14” LCD to play my old retro game systems at 640-480 res looks great!
