• Hello there, yes, you can can leave the speaker plugged in without damaging the battery, however to prolong the battery life, we suggest running the battery down and charging it every so often.

• With any chargeable product, I tend to remove the charging cord once fully charged. Olds habits die hard (no pun intended).
