• Hello LadyT, thanks for your question. The Major IV do not offer Active Noise Cancellation: it is possible to use them for a phone call but they won't offer active noise cancellation.

• Yes you can talk on the phone with these headphones. Not sure about the noise cancelling feature but they worked really well for me.
