Thank you for your question and for your interest in our products. The speakers are sold each/individually so you will need to add 2 for a pair. The speakers should be in stock online but you will need to check with your local Best Buy if you want to check store availability. These are sold as new and the speakers come with a 5-year warranty. This will include open box if Best Buy has one available. The manufacturer date will depend on when the speaker was completed in the warehouse.
