• Its random. I ordered thinking I was gonna get doom and got Mr. Fantastic instead.

• And of course they picked Dr. Doom, the hardest-to-find character in the wave as their 'front' in the listing, no doubt hoping to lure unwary customers into their trap.

• I had the same problem. It is a confusing listing, and even their agents seem confused about it. When I asked, I was first told it wasn't random choice, then later told that it was. Fortunately for me, the order was delayed for some reason, which gave me time to cancel it before I was charged.

• Likely not. I didn't realize their policy is that for online orders figures are chosen at random. This detail is hidden in the "Features" section of the "Overview" tab: "This figure is chosen at random Order online for a surprise character, or stop by your local Best Buy store to make your selection." .
