• It has already been released and is available for purchase at other retailers. Best Buy has no intention of fulfilling this order. If you preordered it here, cancel it. Or call them and ask them, then decide for yourself.

• The official release date for it was Nov 1st but I ordered it a day before it I believe and still haven't gotten and email about it.
