It's just the Miles Morales game. It's a separate game from the first Spider-man game. Kind of a sequel per se. It does not have the first game. That's only on the Ultimate edition of Miles Morales on PS5.

If you get the "Ultimate" [more expensive] version of Spider-Man: Miles Morales for the Playstation 5 (disclaimer: the PS5 is a completely different console than the PS4), then you can redeem the full game Marvel's Spider-Man onto your PS5 for free.

You don’t have to uninstall SpiderMan to play it unless you don’t have space on your hard drive. It’s it’s own save file and I believe took 50gb of space for the game but I’m not 100% on that.
