I would assume no since there hasn't been any mention of it yet and there was no native controller support of any kind in the previous PC versions of the trilogy. People had to use mods and specialized novelty gaming controllers like the currently discontinued Steam Controller for the older entries.

Please try again later.Update: It has been confirmed that the Legendary edition will have controller support for certain gamepads as well as new hairstyles and skin tones, enhanced graphics, and a better user interface for Mass Effect 1, so it plays like ME2 and ME3 while containing almost all of the released DLC. No differences in story and the Pinnacle Station DLC for ME1 is absent though.
