“It is not clear to me what drop-off means. I need it on the second floor. Will it be delivered to the room upstairs? One answer states that they delivered it to a room upstairs. Can Best Buy or Massamax answer this question please. Thanks.”

Because massage chairs are large and heavy items, delivery is standard curbside delivery by default. This means the carrier delivers to the curb or driveway only. Unfortunately, carriers typically send one driver, so upstairs or second-floor delivery is not included. In some areas, an upgrade to inside delivery (ground floor only) may be available at no additional cost.
