• I am comfortable with 22 inches the cooking surface. The depth of your pottswill help in deterring just how high or low you go

• Joe, the install specifications measures the cooking surface to the bottom of the cabinet that the microwave will be installed under. This is 30 inches.

• I don’t know how many lunches!!! But in inches it’s 66 inches floor to top of microwave with 13-16 inches in between stove and bottom of microwave.
