Yes, Best Buy can install. When we purchased our DW, BB was offering free installation but, yes, we had to purchase a hookup kit. The hose for intake of water was not long enough and we ended up having to go out to purchase a longer hose. Install guy came back two days later to replace the hose. No charge for the return visit but the install guy did stop at Home Depot to purchase the longer hose which we of course reimbursed him for.
