It should fit as the measurement for my countertop at the front lip was 34 1/4 and the feet had room to lower. I finally had a salesman explain that most ads show maximum height.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have tile after dishwasher and installation required cutting the tile. For some reason Maytag decided to put wheels on the back instead of screwup feet. However the installation guy told me that if you order a handicap dishwasher it is 1 inch shorter and would make under the counter installation much easier even if you have tile added after the dishwasher was in. Anyone have information on that? I would have ordered the inch shorter had I known.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this dishwasher fit--albeit snugly-- into a 34" space in my kitchen.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it will fit. Diagram # 12 of installation instruction manual for this model shows how to adjust the wheels to lower the washer (and then adjust the front legs to level it) so that it will fit a 34" high opening.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Fits in standard space
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I used the recommendation that came with the unit and it worked fine. The only concern that I can see, is if you had a layer of tiles installed over the floor or some other additional flooring added that would give it more height so it might be a little tighter fit. There are some adjustments on the unit that can help fit better.
