• I have no clue about the cost for installing the ice maker. But don’t worry about having to Install the ice maker. This model only works for a week or so. You will never get to use the ice maker. But you should by a Yeti cooler or two. Maytag can not figure out the problem with this model and the technician told me that it is lemon. Best of luck if you buy any Maytag product.
