Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.this refrigerator is not designed to work as a normal fridge. It freezes up and gets a build up frost on the back wall. It has to be defrosted weekly. If it Level when you defrost it the water will just drain on to your floor. So you are going to want it to tilt back slightly. Probably like a quarter bubble on a level. This will allow for the water to puddle up in the bottom of the unit. And then you can just use some towels to soak up the water. Hope this helps. I will never buy another Maytag product.
