Hello, thank you for your question. While the refrigerator can hold magnets, we do not recommend it. It can help adhere moisture to the surface of unit, and can cause staining. Model MSS25N4MKZ only has the option interior Ice Maker. There is no option for an exterior dispenser. Thank you for your inquiry on our Maytag appliances.
