“The freezer is set for the "coldest" but the ice cream isn't frozen at all. Even bread isn't frozen. Any suggestions? We have this located in the garage. The fridge side works fine. Thank you”

Please try again later.we're having this same issue and it's incredibly frustrating, some things in the fridge are staying frozen (ice packs in the door) but the ice cream and bread are soft. We had a previous whirlpool that had zero issues in our garage and didn't even think about the outside temps being an issue. Hoping we can return it since we bought an extended warranty.

It is frozen on that side And they said if you have any problems to caĺl them if you just got it i would contact them because you have 30 day of warranty or you paid for extra warranty.
