• No, it’s a trick the 585 comes with a one year parts and labor warranty all the big box stores pull this trick on you Lowe’s, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc. you have to go to an appliance store or buy directly from maytag.com to get the five-year parts and labor warranty. It’s a scam and a class action lawsuit needs to be filed for advertising this false claim. How do I know I own one
