How long is the "whites" (with no soak cycle)? I ran this type of load the other night and it seemed as if it took forever to get to spin (no extra rinse was chosen either). I finally ended it by using a drain/spin because I ran out of time. Thank you. null

Maytag-- you are correct that it can take up to 2 hrs. to run a load in the washer, but how "efficient" is that REALLY?? Who has that kind of time????? And you should put that in the description as well as the user guide.

Our Washers do rely on sensor technology to determine load size, wash times and spin speeds. A wash cycle can range anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.
