“How long is the "whites" (with no soak cycle)? I ran this type of load the other night and it seemed as if it took forever to get to spin (no extra rinse was chosen either). I finally ended it by using a drain/spin because I ran out of time. Thank you.”

Maytag-- you are correct that it can take up to 2 hrs. to run a load in the washer, but how "efficient" is that REALLY?? Who has that kind of time????? And you should put that in the description as well as the user guide.
