“Is this a high efficiency model (MVWC465HW)? Would I need HE detergent? This model does NOT come with a drain hose?”

• Many detergents are now for "all machines" (including HE). The HE requirement is to prevent buildup of deposits. Geek Squad did the installation for me, including the drain hose, which was not separately charged.

• Hi jayc, yes this Washer is designed to use only HE (High Efficiency) detergents. A drain hose does come with this model.
