Agree, I'm having the same problem just got mine about 2 to 3 weeks ago and does not let you add extra water or softener and locks. Will see if possibly change for another can't complain about the dryer same brand works well.

Please try again later.Mine started doing this once I had it for a year (almost to the date). if you read the manual, the troubleshooting guide tells you what could be causing it. I would first check the screens on the water hoses to see if they're clogged.
