“Would you please explain how this machine is "energy efficient" if it takes, in most cases, approx 2 hours for a wash to complete? My old Maytag top loader (non-HE) took less than half that time for a full load! Where is the efficiency? Water, electric?”

There’s nothing efficient about this washer.. It wastes water, electricity and time. The clothes come out very wrinkled and need to be ironed adding to the electrical consumption!!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have had this washer for about 2 to 3 weeks myself. This washer has been great so far. I would say the washer uses less water than the older models. The old models filled the tub to the same level every time but these fill the tub to what it needs depending on the clothes. I had a Maytag before this that did not have the agitator stim that the old ones had. I won’t do that again. Lol This washer washes clothes so much better.
