“My Maytag Commercial Technology washing machine Model #MVWC565FW makes a clicking noise when washing. The basket moves however the agitator barely moves when washing what can be the problem? This machine is a little over a year old.”

There isn't a problem, that is just the machine, stopping one cycle and with that comes to click to change into another cycle
