“When do we put our clothes in. Before the cycle starts or do we stop the cycle to unlock the lid to put in the clothes in after the detergent and fabric softener are emptied ? I am surprised this is not even mentioned in the operating instructions????????”

Hello Manny, you would add laundry products to the washer and then add the clothes to the wash baskets. Then you would select your cycles and press start. We hope this helps.
