“I want a washer that fills up with water and has a agitator. Our washer now is fairly new and doesn’t add enough water to clear the clothes well. Seems to barely add water and doesn’t have a agitator. It’s a top loader. We still want s top loader. Thanks”

Mark, so this washer was purchased for my daughter first day she tried it exactly what you just described was the issue with her wash machine. Because we did not get an extended warranty with Best buy. Maytag does offer the 10 year warranty. Call up Maytag they came to her house replaced two boards the gentleman explain to her how to use the washer and has been working since a full fill up of water and works perfectly. Make sure when you call Maytag and have them come out have your receipt ready so it is covered under the manufacturer warranty.
