• Hello RB! This model does have a Fabric Softener dispenser. Fabric Softener option must be selected to ensure proper distribution at correct time in cycle. Do not overfill or dilute. Overfilling dispenser will cause fabric softener to immediately dispense into washer. If Extra Rinse option is selected, fabric softener will be dispensed into the last rinse. • I have had my washer for awhile and it works good. I have so many more options to wash my clothes and the dryer is good as well. My clothes come out wrinkle free and dry. I love everything about my new washer and dryer
