Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've returned FIVE LG front load washers in the last month! I'm having the same probem as Cthomas! I wipe the seal and the water returns! It's dripping from the sprayer on the seal at the top( i'ts a orange looking thing). I'm returning the LG one I have now and trying this Maytag out. Fingers crossed!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Cthomas, water can collect in the seal as that is part of the draining process. During the regular cleaning it is recommend that they are wiped after each cycle.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought my first compact front load washer when I was 30 years old. I'm on my 3rd one now, and I'm 80 years old. Mine have all gone over 10 years without a service call putting out 3 to 4 loads per week. All have given me 15 to 17 years of service with only one service call after 10 years. I'm now considering my fourth Maytag washer and dryer pair.
