“It still isn't clear whether or not new hoses are included. When I go through the check out process it's not prompting me to buy new hoses so I assume they're included but the replies to another person who asked the question are mixed, so which is it?”

It comes with the drain hose, but the hot and cold fill hoses are separate purchases. Or just use your old ones.

With regard to the hot and cold water supply hoses, they are NOT included with the new washer. Note that Best Buy (and many other big retail stores) will install the new washer for you ONLY IF you make available brand new supply hoses for Best Buy to connect. If you're doing the installation yourself, I guess you can use your old hoses, although it is not recommended.

One thing - after it was installed, they ran the washing machine but forgot to turn on the water. Just want to make sure the water is turned on before they turn the machine on. ;)
