“Recently purchased and Best Buy hooked up. When the hot/cold water turns off during the cycle, my pipes make a loud bang noise. The house pipes rattle. Any suggestions? my pipes--the hook-up? Please help its disturbing.”

I lived in MA and had this same washer, sometimes the pipes would clang. I have recently moved to North Carolina, bought same washer and Best Buy installed it. No pipe clanging at all. Prior I was on town water, here I’m on private well. I’m thinking it was pipes and climate in MA. Here it is super quiet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This has not happened with my washer. However, I would suspect that you have air trapped in your pipes. Why don't you turn on all your home's faucets at the same time. Let it run for a few minutes. This might push out any air that is caught in the pipes. Good luck!
