A:AnswerNo, I don't know exactly what material it is but it seems be be very strong. It also looks like if you're rough with it it could scratch. I cover things I have like this with a layer of plastic wrap like Saran Wrap to protect.
A:AnswerWe have found it to be just right: Not too hard, but not too soft either. I can't say what would happen to extremely delicate clothing after numerous washings, but I would venture to say this machine would be no different than any other machine's delicate cycle.

A:AnswerFor me, delivery and installation of the new washer was free because the cost of the washer exceeded $399. Haul away of the old washer cost $15. However, you should check with your local Best Buy store as their costs may differ.
A:AnswerNo, if you have them install the machine you have to purchase new hoses from them. They will not install your current hoses. If you install it yourself you can use your current hoses. Good Luck
