• Yes it does have hard rubber feet and has not moved in any cycle. If you were to over load the tub though it probably might move when spinning, I haven't tested that.

• Hello Leo, There are feet on the bottom of the washer. Depending on if the appliance is overloader or the washer there is a chance that the washer may move. We recommend making sure that you are following the instructions in the Use and Care Guide.
