“I see that clothes on the top are not entirely immersed under water during the wash cycle. Some clothes on the top barely get wet?!? I'm wondering if this is how the washer is supposed to work?? How do these clothes get clean?”

Make sure you are using the "Deep Fill" properly. If no buttons are lit up it senses the size of the load for water fill.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Perplexed, with the new guidelines set in place for designs of the washers this is correct. The washers use a sensor to determine the proper amount of water that is needed for the size of the load to properly wash. We hope this helps.
