“Are POD or liquid recommended? I have been using PODs but on a normal/regular cycle the POD is not dissolving.”

Hi Sue, our units use whatever your preference is as long as they are labeled "HE" for high efficiency. If the pod isn't dissolving you may have a water supply issue. You will need to make sure that the water connections are solid and that the valves are open full bore. You can access the use and care manual for your model at https://bit.ly/3lS1BHT. If you are still having issues after checking supply, try rebooting the unit by unplugging or shutting unit down at the breaker for 90 seconds.
