“When using hot water wash should the control panel get condensation on it?”

• Mine does not get condensation on the control panel. So I would say, no. Depending on how hot the water is, I guess it could be possible. It hasn't happened with mine though. It sounds like your lid might have a gap somewhere along the back (maybe there's a gasket back there), allowing steam to be released onto your control panel.

• I have this washer as well. I noticed that also. I don't see any issues with it. It's fine in my opinion. My previous LG HE set that didn't last 7 years never administered hot water so this is great!
