Is there a way to slow down the drum or adjust the rotation of the drum? It gets pretty aggressive when the load is off balance. I turn the spin cycle off and it still gets out of balance when I put in two small rugs and one medium size rug. null

On my washer you can select the speed of the drum check your display controls

Hi Cindy, this model has modifiers on selected cycles. Here is the link to the quick reference guide for your Washer. Under "Cycle Modifiers" you should be able to adjust the spin speed, also reducing the soil level will lessen the agitation in the load. https://bit.ly/3ff8vnC
