So far I have noticed the following: It is a bit loud (the one I got rid of was super loud-so this is an improvement for me) Three times I went to start it, the button seemed to not work. I finally figured out, you have to move the dial to the setting you will use even if it's back to back loads. Odd the dial needs to move for the machine to realize you are starting a new load. I threw my king size thick comforter in the washing machine and it came out beautifully. My loads of towels wash up great and I stuff quite a few in there. **Have you changed the spin setting at all? This washer can be programmed on every setting what to do need. I have it on fast spin for towels and sheets. Works like a charm. I hate that you have to say "yes" or "no" to fabric softner. Annoying to say the least. If it knows you have soap, it should know there is softner in there. The matching Dryer- well, I have to figure out some adjustments for it- Either it does not heat as high as my last one or I have not set it properly as things seem to take longer to dry.
