QuestionI currently have a Whirlpool hand Wash that I love. I'm moving long distance and cannot find anything with a Hand Wash cycle. Because this does ot have an agitator would it work like the Hand Wash?

QuestionThe MVW7232HW shakes like crazy from side to side during the spin cycle even with just underwear and socks in the machine. It's level and feet touch the floor. Is this normal? I am thinking of returning it as I have 15 days to return to Best buy.

- Answer Very odd...mine makes absolutely no noise, and no shaking whatsoever, although I have not tried it with a very small load, which it sounds like you're washing. Stays in balance quite well.

- Answer It’s hard to use without the app. I don’t like it for this reason and also when you have bulky loads they become off balance. The machine goes crazy, like in the old days. You have to rearrange everything and that’s maddening! It also will twist your clothes sometimes, also makes you crazy. Would not recommend this. It’s crazy that you have to use your phone, etc just so that you can get the laundry done!!

QuestionHow do you use powder detergent? I read to remove the liquid detergent tray, but then what? Are you supposed to remove the detergent tray ONLY or the entire detergent drawer? Do you then add the powder to the tray-less drawer or directly to the drum??

- Answer Doesn’t matter because their warranty is worthless. Our washer broke 3 months after we purchased it and they can’t seem to help us. Their solution was to send a 2 star repair company to give us the run around and not fix anything.
