“Is the ceramic top plain black or does it have any "speckles" to break up the solid black look. Which is it? Description says true convection which I thought means an extra heater near the fan. Someone stated this model does not have the extra heater?”

• RAls, this Maytag® Range has a black Cooktop with white circles for the burner sizes. This Range has a true convection which does use a third heating element. We hope this helps!
