Yes, but it was well worth it for me. You could call Salvation Army or a similar organization ir you want to donate your old appliances, but the old stuff needs to be out of the way before the new stuff is delivered.

To have the appliances installed you will need to buy from Best Buy, the hoses for the washer and the vent kit and cord for the dryer.It equals about $80. You can find these items cheaper elsewhere but you would need to install the appliances yourself.
