Hmmm According the Maytag Team, the warranty is pretty shabby, essentially nothing after the first year. Actually, just the motor and if it fails the customer pays for labor to swap it. (How could a dryer DRUM fail after a year?)

During the second through tenth year Maytag offers a limited warranty that covers only the drum and drive motor and will pay for factory parts to correct non-cosmetic defects in materials or workmanship in those parts but does not include the cost of repair labor.
