I'm sorry you are having issues. Running McAfee shouldn't affect your ability to get into your email or stop passwords from working. Are you seeing any warnings from McAfee, or are you saying that your password isn't working to get you into your email? McAfee will warn you if you are trying to access a site that has some security issue. But you should be able to go there anyway and ignore the warning. If you are having problems with it recognizing your password, that isn't something that McAfee would affect. It sounds like some issue is occurring, but I won't be able to trouble-shoot that for you here.
