Yes, absolutely. Take it to https://www.mcafee.com/activate to redeem. Log into your existing account and then it should ask you if you want to "Extend Your Current Subscription" or "Start a New Subscription". As long as you choose to extend your subscription, it will add a year onto the existing expiry date without needing to reinstall or anything. You should be good to go for another year.
